Can I return any product?
- Of course YES. Returns apply to T-shirts, art prints, and stickers. Digital downloads are excluded. Make sure you carefully read the return policies for all products.
Do you deliver?
- Since we don't have a physical store, this is the only way to ensure your purchase reaches you. You can choose the courier services available in the store.
What is the cost of shipping? Is it included in the price of the products?
-Shipping costs are determined by each supplier and are calculated based on the volume, weight, and distance from the point of sale and the point of purchase.
-No, the cost will be broken down and reflected in the total when you make the purchase based on your full address and zip code.
Can I purchase from abroad?
-Of course, choose the option corresponding to DHL or FedEx.
What is the shipping time?
-When working with a Print-On-Demand service (for T-shirts and Art Prints), there is a minimum of 72 business hours, Monday through Friday, after the purchase is made. If we have them sooner, we obviously want them to reach you sooner.
What is the estimated time for my purchase to arrive at my address?
-This is entirely subject to the operation of the chosen mailing provider and is beyond our control once it is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
-Payment methods are only those available and enabled in the ONLINE store (you can find them at the bottom of the home page).
Are the size charts specified?
-Yes, they are included in each T-shirt listing; I invite you to consult them before purchasing.
