Return Exchanges:
1- T-shirts
1.1- We do not exchange products, so we offer you the option to return the item. Upon return, we will refund your money so you can make a new purchase, either of the same product or a different one.
1.2- Return Period: You have 15 days from receipt of the product to process the return in case of sizing issues or defects. After this time, we will consider the item to have been used and we will not be able to accept returns.
1.3- Product Conditions: It is essential that the item is UNUSED and in the same condition as it was sent, free of odors, tears, dirt, or other damage, in order to process the return.
1.4- Returns: You must send the product to our address listed on the return label by your own means, at your expense.
1.5- Refund Process: Once we receive the product and check its condition, we will process the refund, canceling the payment made through the payment method you used.
1.6- Returns will not be refunded after the agreed-upon deadline.
2- Art Prints
2.1- Doesn't it meet your expectations? No problem, you can return it. However, since this is a fragile product, we ask that it be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Within 15 days of receiving the product.
2.2- Once received and verified in its condition, we will refund your money through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
2.3- Returns will not be refunded after the agreed-upon deadline stated above.
3- Digital Files
3.1- Digital download files cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3.2- Please read the instructions and specifications carefully before making the purchase. If you have any problems with the files, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at [email protected] so we can provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
4- Stickers
4.1- The materials and dimensions of the stickers are stated in their specifications. Please read them carefully before making the purchase. They are checked for optimal print quality.
4.2- Does it not meet your expectations? No problem, you can return them (same procedure explained in points 1.3 and 1.4).
4.3- Once the order has been received and its condition verified, we will refund your money using the payment method used at the time of purchase (as explained in section 1.6).
5- Production Delays.
5.1- If for any reason there are delays in the production of any of the products sold physically by our suppliers, we will contact you to offer one of these options:
5.1.1- Cancellation of the purchase and refund of the amount through the same payment method used by the User to make the purchase.
5.1.2- Continue waiting for the chosen product.
6- Shipping
6.1- Shipping prices are subject to volume, weight, and distance from the point of sale and the point of purchase. Shipping prices are clearly stated before accepting the purchase.
6.2- The customer will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, they can access a link on the website to check its status.
6.3- Any delays or inconveniences in the operation of the chosen mail service are not the responsibility of DARKSKYELEVEN STUDIOS, as it is a third-party service.

7.1- Since these are graphic art-related items, we ensure that their quality is optimal and meets the customer's expectations.
